Leasing Policy
MR Properties Management uses the standard lease put out by the California Association of Realtors which states that the lease shall bind the parties to a lease for a term of one to two years. If a 30 day written notice is not given at the end of this lease period, then the lease will remain in effect on a month-to-month basis until a 30 day written notice is given by the Lessee.
What is the Application Process?
Once you have made an appointment with our
showing agent and have an interest in leasing a particular unit,
you will need to fill out an application and return it to MR
Properties Management with $30.00. This money allows us to run a
credit check and/or background check on the potential lessee.
You may also bring in the deposit at this time if you would like
the unit to be taken off the market. You will be notified within
48 hours on whether or not you have been approved. If you are
approved, you will need to bring in the deposit at this time to
secure your unit if you have not already done so. We will then
set a date and time to sign the leases and give you the
appropriate keys. If you are not approved, we will return the
deposit back to you.

MR Properties Management allows pets at some of its rental properties. Please call for approval. Our guidelines are as follows:
-Small dogs only, under 40lbs preferred
-Cats must be declawed
-Prefer that all pets are spayed or neutered
-$200 nonrefundable deposit per pet required
-adds $25 a month to rent
